Since we’re in the season, this weeks’ FWOTW was selected for having one of the most over-the-top anti-Halloween pages that I could find.
Not content to merely call this Satan’s holiday, this author makes the case that Halloween actually hails back to Baal Worship, cannibalism, incest, and (worst of all!) Roman Catholics.
Be sure to check out the rest of the site as well.
The thing that is so impressive about 21tnt.com is not the site itself but rather the enormous number of fundy sites that are listed in a single place.
It’s amazing how in one place you can have someone who lauds Jonathan Edwards, Jack Hyles, Charles Spurgeon, John Wesley, George Witfield, Charles Finney, John Bunyan, and Lester Rollof — and evidently has no idea how absurd it is that those names are all on the same list.
Be sure to also check out the the links to Independent Baptist “news sites” with names like The Baptist Pillar, Baptist Fire, Calvary Contender, Lion of Judah, and (my personal favorite) The Flaming Torch.
This week’s choice comes from one of the fundamentalist motherships: FBC Hammond.
Apparently they ran a soul winning marathon in hopes of snagging 1,000,000 souls in 24 hours on October 10th. There’s no word on the website exactly how this went.

The Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Canton, North Carolina plans to celebrate Halloween by (what else?) burning copies of non-KJV Bible Versions.
Hey, look! It’s the guy from our Fundamentalist Website of the Week on June 17th! Interesting to find out from the news report that the church has a total of 14 members.
Thanks to Bo for the link
Once again, there’s simply too much on this month’s FWOTW to describe it all. Here are some highlights from bible1611.com.
A Primer on Betrothing. If it was good enough for Esau it’s good enough for you.
An End to Tongues when “That Which is Perfect” is come Of course we know that means the Authorized Version of 1611, or any edition, thereof (1613,1644, 1676, 1680, 1701, 1767). Wait…does that mean it was cool if people spoke in tongues in 1610 or earlier?
The ubiquitous modesty article in which is promoted a book by the title of (I’m not making this up) Cross-dressing By The Light Of Your Fire.
And there’s much, much more.
