I have known Jason Janz for years and he is true to his word. As for confessing to molesting Jocelyn, here is what he said:
when he was a yound teeneager he laid on top of her (fully clothed) and made sexual motions. That's what happened!!
So she did indeed lie when she claimed it as alot more abuse. As for her father, she wouldn't even go though the whole court situation and soon after admitted that she read a book that "brainwashed" her into thinking she was sexually abused, when indeed she wasn't!!
Jason Janz is one great pastor with a heart for the denver community,and will surely do Gods will, so your judgements would be better served for someone who is truly living in sin.

If I saw an older kid "dry humping" one of my children, you're damn right I'd call it sexual abuse, and I'd have the law in there so fast that kid's head would spin.

Why didn't she go through the court system? You know, I don't know. I can't answer for her. I am not a huge fan of hers, to be honest. But here's what I do know. I am almost 40 years old. As a child, I was a victim of sexual, emotional and physical abuse. I spent most of my life *hiding* that abuse because of the tremendous shame I felt over it. I still struggle with guilt and shame about it. I don't like talking about it to people I know IRL because I fear they'll judge me.

So why don't more victims seek justice? I don't know. Maybe, just maybe, because the perps brainwash them into thinking not only is it their fault but it's also their secret to keep at all costs.

Instead of standing by being judgmental and hateful, consider whether you want someone who engaged in incestuous and violative acts as a teen, who lied about it, and who apparently sees nothing wrong with those acts as your pastor.

Jason Janz was following the example of his father, Bart. Both are still in the ministry. Jason doesn't even seem completely repentant for his actions.

I love it when rape apologists and child abuse apologists come here to defend the abusers and enablers. I like that they are willing to be so open about their heinous ideas. And in front of the whole world, too! No shame. Keep being honest!
