Now that I am older I am drinking more diet, but either way, Pepsi is definitely the best cola widely available in the US. Royal Crown would be second. RE: Coke or Pepsi?
as a reference, this is what the Tooheys New bottle looks like. From a distance, and if you were looking for "the appearance of evil" it could easily be mistaken for a RC Draft bottle. Or visa versa.
EDIT: It says 4.8% alcohol, not 48% - aussies aren't that alcholic (but close).

RE: Coke or Pepsi?
I drink mostly tea and water, but occasionally have cream soda or root beer. Don't care for most other sodas.

RE: Coke or Pepsi?
I stopped drinking soft drinks when I was about fifteen. For the past three years, I have drunk water and ONLY water (except for a few times when I was on the church bus dying from thirst and all we had was RC and Sprite). Well, I also drink coffee and milk on occasion, but all soft drinks, tea, etc I avoid and have no desire to drink.

RE: Coke or Pepsi?
Whatever name brand is on sale, usually. Not into the generics at all. If given a choice between diet Coke, diet Pepsi, or diet RC... I'll take diet Canada Dry. Or diet Cranberry Sierra Mist. Or diet Crush. Or diet A&W. You get the picture.
My husband, however, will pick diet Dr. Pepper every time. It's why he loves McDonald's and Chick-Fil-A. They both have it as a fountain drink. A steady diet of Hellfire and brimstone will only give you Spiritual gas and indigestion... from Mark Moore as posted on Facebook |

I like it because it uses real sugar instead of HFCS, but I only have it once or twice a month if that, since I only get it if I go to Fuddruckers for a burger. Yep! Also, to name a few others: Thomas Kemper Kala Craftbrewed sodas (I think only available in Philly?) Fireman's Brew ABC (Appalachian Brewing Company) And, by the way, if you haven't had a fine craftbrewed soda, you've denied yourself a real treat. RE: Coke or Pepsi?
I don't drink soda.
I drink pop. ![]() Diet mountain dew or mountain dew. Yes it's kind of a redneck, hillbilly pop. My SIL in westchester county loves it (being from the midwest) but says it's kind of hard to find there. Claims you have to go to "dodgy stores" to buy it. Apparently, it is beneath the dignity of new yorkers and especially high falutin' westchester county people to drink it hahahaha. But really i prefer beer. Diet Coke with Lime is awesome! I don't buy it unless I'm "out". And that's been very rare lately.

RE: Coke or Pepsi?
When I got home from Maranatha, I had to go to my PCP because my stomach was hurting a lot. He told me the stress of Bible College was getting to me and he told me to give up soda because it would make my stomach worse. So I've been a big water drinker for almost 20 years mainly for my health. We do soda for a treat mostly.
I do like Pepsi better than Coke though. I know my mom does. |
