RE: Read any GOOD Christian fiction?
Quote:What did you hate about Don't Want to Go to Church? A friend gave me his other book "He Loves Me" and I thought it was awesome. I got the point of the book, but as fiction, I just thought it was lousy. It got so repetitious I just wanted it to be over about half way through. Something about this mysterious character who has all the answers about everything really turned me off. Brian McClaren has a similar type of fiction book I read called, A New Kind of Christian. I didn't like that either. If the fiction style is gonna be cheesy, I would much rather read an honest memoir. |

Yes, the Bible. It starts out with two naked people and a talking snake and ends with world being destroyed. It’s like a Michael Bay movie!
