RE: President Obama's Origins
Barack Hussein Obama hates this country and that's all we need to know in order to kick him out in November.

I hardly think that having a different viewpoint makes for "hating our country."

I can't stand attitudes like this. You are convinced that the "story" is true and you aren't inquisitive about contrary evidence at all, using profanities to articulate your disgust. You appear to be a fundamentalist Barack supporter. I say that because whatever the "truth" about Obama, he is clearly lying about some of it.

I don't care whether he's eligible, ineligible, foreign or American at this point. I just care about the truth.

I'm not an Obama supporter and I agree with lucrezaborgia although I would have probably used different terms.

For me it means I'm just TIRED of it.

I generally try to avoid conspiracy theories but there's too many unanswered questions about his life. I didn't vote in the poll but he doesn't look anything like his father and looks very much like Franklin Marshall Davis.

Then maybe his MOTHER rather than Obama is lying about something. Lots of women lie about paternity to everyone, not just their baby daddies. Lots of kids grow up thinking one man is their dad, and they never know the difference. I heard one statistic put the number at one out of every three, although that seems startlingly high to me.

Regardless, why would anyone assume he would know who is father is? I don't know for sure my dad is my dad. I only know what my parents told me, and at this point, my mom is dead and my father has disowned me, lol. So it's all a moot point anyway.

As to the "he's lying about something and we must get to the bottom of it!" comments, I think they're disingenuous. Every politician is lying about something. Heck, every PERSON is lying about something. And in the vast majority of cases, those lies are quite trivial in the grand scheme of things.

But his entire political identity had its genesis in his ancestry, particularly on his father's side of the family. He became a viable political entity with the reception of his 1995 book about his family and life. I would absolutely agree with the point that you make if he didn't make such a huge deal about it himself. "My father was a herder of goats in Kenya." Barack Obama Senior had just about nothing to do with Junior as a person.

That's not exactly what I meant. I meant -- some are talking as if he is conspiring to hide his paternity, but why do they assume he would even be aware that anyone else other than his father is his father (IF that is even the case)? Does that make sense? If his mother has always told him that his father was a goat herder in Kenya, why would he have any reason to believe otherwise?

My mom always told me that my dad, her husband, was my father. I have no reason to believe otherwise, so I accept that as truth. I don't necessarily look like him -- I have blonde hair and blue eyes, and he looks like a Sephardic Jew. There is NO resemblance whatsoever. In fact, if you looked at a picture of my dad and a picture of me side by side, you'd probably have questions.

And heck, I have one child who is a clone of his dad, one child who looks just like MY dad did as a child, and another child who looks just like *I did as a little kid. But they all have the same father.

You can't tell who a person's father is by looking at him, so I'm not sure why we're questioning his paternity based on his appearance alone.

I am the brown eyed child of blue eyed parents. Think on that for a while.

Don't Obama's half brothers acknowlege that they all share the same father?

Quote:The genetics of eye color are complicated, and color is determined by multiple genes. So far, as many as 15 different genes have been associated with eye color inheritance. Some of the eye-color genes include OCA2 and HERC2.[8] The once-held view that blue eye color is a simple recessive trait has been shown to be incorrect. The genetics of eye color are so complex that almost any parent-child combination of eye colors can occur.
