My favorite is going in to grocery stores that sold alcohol. You could make believers stumble because they may thing you were going in to the grocery store for a six pack and not freakin' groceries!

Why is a car driver not responsible for the responses of others when women were always responsible for men being attracted to them? I've never heard a preacher say not to buy a nice car, however I have known many laity that would say a preacher should never drive a Lincoln or Cadillac. And many time the one saying that would be driving the very car they thought inappropiate for the pastor. All the ministers I knew growing up said buy a Buick. Not sure if this fits, but you comment brought it to mind. |

MOGs need to worry about serving their people. When you have a servants heart and work long and hard to meet your people's spiritual needs, what you drive, where you shop and what you do tends to pale in comparison. Remeber the old saying "Your actions are speaking so loud I cannot hear what you are saying".
