Malware warning appears to be legit

This article seems to verify a message that's floating around facebook at the moment. It's possible that many people have a type of malware which will cut their access to the internet on Monday. There is a link to a website that will let you know if your computer is affected or not, but it's an Aussie site so I'm not sure if it will work for you guys.
