Was it Stephanie on Full House who always said this? What is it with people who think that they can ask extremely personal questions?

During the past 3-4 months as my divorce has slowly meandered through the courts, I can't count how many people have asked me a variation of, "So, how much will you be getting?" A. Probably not as much as I should, since he's getting ready to declare bankruptcy.

While we were still married, people at church were constantly asking (especially at baby showers): "So, are you and your husband trying?" I finally said to one elderly lady, "If you're asking if we have sex, yes we do." That shut her up quick LOL (too bad it wasn't true, but that's another story...)

For the "when are you gonna have kids?" question, I started answering with "Oh, you'll be the first to know!" in a very sarcastic tone. My wife wouldn't let me use, "I don't know, she swallows every time, and nothing happens."
