My Robot is busy.....

I have a good friend who needs to have some delicate surgery done around her esophagus.

Her surgeon normally performs this surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This Tuesday he was free but his robot was busy...the surgeon was available but not his robot.

Welcome to the future. Where you and your 'robot' have to make sure your schedules are in synch.

Hmmm. From the title of the post, I thought you were on SFL while you have a robot vacuum cleaning your floors. That would be awesome.

Wow. Any idea what the robot is doing? Being repaired, or used by another surgeon perhaps?

I have no idea. I assume another surgeon is using it but maybe it asked for the day off. Some family thing probably...

My grandmother had a Roomba. She handed it over to my sister and brother-in-law. They sold it on Craig's List. Essentially, the Roomba just vacuumed what it wants to: usually a certain area it ended up circling randomly around. Whatever the bump-and-turn algorithm is, it never managed to direct the Roomba in a way that would cover the majority of the floor, just that one area that got really well vacuumed. haha. YMMV, though. :-P
