Jeeze, just when I think I might want to take my family back to church after nine years!
I have never been to a Bible church. Are they pretty much Fundy or more like Fundy-Lite? |

Apparently that was a temporary technical difficulty. It's back up.

Our area has a population of around one million and it's mostly SBC. We have only five Indy/Fundy churches and around 100 to 150 SBC. Honestly, I enjoy just reading my Bible with my fam and chill'ax'n on the weekend as my oldest says. I am more refreshed doing that anymore than bothering with "church." |

After leaving fundamentalism I attended a pentacostal church (they would never admit to that, they called themselves spirit led) and now attend a Bible church. The pentacostal church was way more fundy than the Bible church. This Bible church has community group in a restaurant and most share pitchers of beer. |

I suppose it depends on who the pastor is. The Bible church we went to in PA was definitely fundy; pastor was a graduate of BJU.
