I planted my garden today!
Broccoli, sugar snap peas, eggplant (an experiment, I've never grown it before), cucumbers, radishes, and of course, tomatoes.

Sounds good. We have romaine lettuce, spinach, leaf lettuce, and tomatos

Dandelions, thistles, and crab grass; looks like a bumper crop this year.

I've tried to grow vegetables. My husband laughs at me every time. I just make friends with someone who CAN grow them and help them with their bumper crop.

Planted a garden last year for the 1st time. It really just turned into a salad bar for the wildlife. This year I will put in a sneeze guard for them.

That's my back yard. If it weren't for the weeds, I'd have dirt.

Broccoli not producing much due to a lack of rain. Got a small harvest of sugar snap peas before the heat and the drought. I'll plant more next time. Too early to tell with the eggplant, as it takes all summer to mature. Cucumbers are doing well. I found out radishes are easy to grow in the spring but they don't like hot, dry weather, and I don't like eating them all that much. Tomatoes look most productive so far, and are just starting to ripen.

RE: I planted my garden today!
We had peaches this year! Our son gave my wife a peach tree for Mother's day two years ago. Last year there were just a few hard green peaches. This year they were still pretty small, but we had about 6 or 7 and they were very good!
