RE: Food I'm Eating Now
I made waffles with strawberries for brunch. We're having chicken paprikish for dinner.

I made Spicy Thai Coconut Soup tonight. Never made a Thai recipe before. Delish!

That looks delicious! We ate at a Thai restaurant last night.

We're having lasagna at our church evening meal tonight.

Went completely crazy and cooked burgers on the grill. It's served 4 nights a week here from April until November..

Today was a good food day. Sweet Tomatoes for lunch, and grilled/marinated chicken and veggies for dinner.

I love burgers on the grill! I am semi-vegetarian (I don't like the taste of meat that much), but I make an exception for burgers on the grill, topped with onion and lettuce and tomato. Smile

A strawberry/lemon cupcake (my concoction) and a glass of milk.

Time for bed.

Yep, me too. I eat them too often. I make them all too frequently. Everybody in my family gets tired of them but it's one of about 5 things that I know I can make, I like, and is fairly easy. My wife sometimes thinks I make the same things over and over but I gotta go with what I know!
