I visited Germany about five years ago, and discovered that french fries / mayo was all the rage. I love potato chips in chocolate. And (drum roll please) the chili-flavoured chocolate. As in, chili peppers. Most people don't like the spicy-sweet combo, but I thought it was absolutely delicious. I was in Salzburg once (around the same time in I was in Germany) and they have chili-chocolate ice cream. Best thing ever.

RE: Favorite Odd Food
Once recently, we were having steak fajitas with fresh red, yellow and green peppers—a real treat. We had garnished them with sour cream, and it was so good. I tasted my fajita, and said, "You know what would be really good with this? Plum sauce!" I tried it, and oh, it was! The plum sauce was just the thing to set off the sour cream and peppers.

I eat salsa on eggs, too. I also like braunschweiger, and it seems like *no one* likes braunschweiger.
I can't really think of anything weird that I eat, but it turns out I do weird things with food (didn't know they were weird until people made fun of me for them). I peel my m&ms before I eat them, for example. Also can't have my food touching ... like different types of food on my plate. If it touches, I have to eat the insides and leave the touchy parts. It's a thing ... |

Ice cream with Jello powder on it. You just sprinkle whatever flavor you want on GOOD Costco vanilla ice cream. Oh yeah!
