Quote:And that (geekiness alert!) I'm finishing up the Stargate Atlantis TV show on DVD?

I was not a huge fan of the original Stargate but I loved that series. David Hewlett and (later) Jewel Staite made that show a delight.

RE: Confession
I find Laurence Welk to be soothing. He's like the Bob Ross of music.

British Comedy. Mr. Bean. Keeping up Appearances. Are You Being Served? I credit my goofy (in a good way) college Geography professor who mandated we watch some British comedy as part of one of his classes. Smile

Can I say it? Can I just say it?

I wish American Idol would go away.

LOVE Bob Ross! I wish they'd do a marathon.

RE: Confession
@Bean--I love Hyacinth Bucket. I have the whole series on dvd. I think it drives my husband nuts, though.

@Natalie--YES. And when AI goes away it should take with it all of the following: Dancing with the Stars, The Voice, The X Factor, America's Got Talent...you get the idea. But we'll keep Project Runway which I love. And Celebrity Apprentice which I classify as guilty pleasure. Except maybe NBC can fire Trump and hire Simon Cowell for that since he's not a total idiot.

RE: Confession
I don't like being addicted to shows, but alas, here are my addictions: Once Upon A Time, 20 Kids and Counting (I know, I KNOW), and Kitchen Nightmares.

RE: Confession
That 70's show. (Donna)

Scrubs (Elliot Reid)

The Big bang Theory. (Penny)

TBBT is probably my favorite. I watched my first episode after it had been on for 3 years. Then I never watched it again for a while. Then I found that there were probably 300 episodes on YouTube so I watched them all in about 2 weeks. Then I saw that my local TV station was running reruns every Sunday for 3 hours straight, so I am glued. that is bad for a man of my age.

RE: Confession
I cannot get into the Big Bang Theory. Which is okay because we will never watch it as it is a show my batshit crazy sister-in-law has ordered the entire family to watch in order to prove both our intelligence and our loyalty to her. We tend to avoid the shows and movies she gives orders about.

I am seriously addicted to How I Met Your Mother. Pathetically. I quote it constantly. I watch it every day.

I think I need an intervention.
