EC mentioned him on another thread, but I think he deserves his own. What a genius... I only got turned on to his music in the last year. Here are two of the best videos from recent years, both from 'Ramble at the Ryman.'

I was fortunate enough to see him in concert a couple of years ago. He didn't do much singing, but he played a fantastic show-all the old Band stuff, plus he had a CD that had come out, "Dirt Farmer", and he played several songs from that. His band seemed to be made up largely of his family members, and his daughter, Amy was the one that did most of the singing, and she has an amazing voice! Kinda regret not getting the CD autographed, though. He will be missed!
