Hey gang!

Long-time reader, occasional commenter.

So I finally decided to un-lurk here in the forum. I'm looking forward to the fun to be had Big Grin

Little bit of my history. I grew up in Michigan, raised at a fairly prominent IFB church, with a fairly prominent pastor. I also graduated last year from that one fundy college out West. No....not that little one that used to be their basketball rival until they cut the basketball program....yes....that one.

I guess you could say that I am "Fundamental" where it actually counts. I believe in the doctrines that the Bible teaches. The KJV is my preferred English translation, and I believe that it's the best for a number of reasons, but you CERTAINLY won't see me waving a 1611 flag around.... But as for the "traditions of men", that is where I am definitely not Fundy. (Even had the privilege of taking my parents to their first movie in theater this week!)

Anyhoo, looking forward to getting to know y'all more!

Having spent a deployment working with POL/UKR Nato forces I can admit that I know a little more about Poland and their history than I ever learned in school books. Tongue

I can't count how many nights I spent watching "3 tankers and a dog" in black and white with those guys. Rolleyes
