Maybe that particular victim was able to talk, once the police were knocking on their door and assuring them of protection. But it can be hard to be the instigator. I hope that justice is done. That story is tragic.

Well, people are talking now; that's for sure. That's no guarantee that any arrests will be made, but at least that horrible place's disgusting history is now being brought into the light.
