Ahmadinejad got an honorary doctorate from the University of Havana so now he is Dr. Ahmadinejad.

The thing is, the point of an honorary doctorate is to bestow upon someone an honour to reward some great work they have done in a field. Fundy pastors make a joke of it by giving one to all of their buddies.

According to Wikipedia (yeah I know), he already has a Ph.D. from a Tehran science university. He got it in 1997, before he got into politics.
