*blush* My first post was under a different name, defending the fundy.
 A friend (who has since started the journey from fundamentalism and reads the blog regularly) messaged me and said that a website was attacking his pastor and he wanted backup. I still think that that blog post was a case of the pastor not making clear that what he was saying was a sermon illustration, and it ended up sounding like he would confiscate anyone's cell-phone if he saw them texting during the sermon. So yes, I was the outraged fundy the first time I found this blog. My first post with this name was on the Friday Challenge to write poetry. I adapted MJ's "Bad" a la fundy preacher. I still think it's awesome. I awarded myself an honorary D.Litt. for it.

I don't have a clue what my first post was. I know I was researching IFB abuse at the time, but it's amazing how many blogs and sites there are. This is the one I stuck with but I was reading so much at the time I really, really don't know which post here was the first I read/responded to.
