Healthy breakfast helps you in refuels your body, and benefit your overall health. Breakfast gives you a chance to start your day with a healthy and nutritious meal. Take more vitamins and minerals, Eat less fat and cholesterol. Avoid the cholesterol, which may reduce your risk of heart disease So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think.

I enjoy a breakfast sandwich every saturday morning, it's kind of a tradition. I fry a 1/2 can of corned beef hash, fry 2 eggs [scrambing the yolk, of course, and thick slices of chedder cheese. this is all placed on a hard roll, bulkie roll or portugesse roll. is this a satifactory breakfast?

Shoes

Shoes have come a long way from their humble beginnings as simple leather moccasins. Today footwear is built to withstand any extreme environment where a foot can tread -- from the heart of a burning building to the track of an Olympic stadium ~Scorps

I know we discussed my weekend breakfast, but i thought you might be interested in what i eat for breakfast during the week. each morning i juice a cucumber, 3 or 4 carrots and 2 or 3 apples. is this a healthy breakfast for a weekday?
