Hey Greg
I'm watching the show Song of the Mountains on PBS. You'd love this show!

HF got me XM for Christmas so I get to listen to my beloved bluegrass whenever I want. Smile

I'm jealous, nothing like that bluegrass!!

Found out this week that Doyle Lawson is coming to town this summer, can't wait, last time I heard him was about 5 years ago. Oh and when we were coming home from the concert we saw a UFO that shined a very bright green light right at our car, and I have 4 witnesses to back me up!!

The good news is that Christ died for all of you........not just some of you!

RE: Hey Greg
It's an acquired appreciation, I think. I was raised on it. Bluegrass musicians and music go far back into my family history.

I guess I appreciate it more as folk music than the hillbilly music that a lot of people gather their perceptions from. And movies like, "Deliverance" didn't help. Tongue

Cherry bombs exploding inside my ear canals would be even better.

When I was in college, I tried some kool-aid, but I didn't like it, and I didn't swallow.

RE: Hey Greg
Actually, I enjoy bluegrass. I love the sound and the obvious skill of the players is truly amazing.
