And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience

...which really sucks sometimes.

Yes it does, especially when folks you deal with in the church don't get it.

Groaning with creation waiting for redemption. How long, Lord?

I look at my kids who get so impatient, and in a way it's amusing while I feel their angst. I'm sure our Father knows our struggle.

Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.

I guess it's all relative.
