RE: Grace Walk
(01-28-2011 07:30 AM)Tony Mel Wrote: Did Christ die for your sin of unbelief? Revelation 21:8 does not only include unbelief among all the other sins, but it also suggests that these sinners will be judged by their particular sins. I don’t have a lot of time right now, but here is the short answer… The fact of the matter is that sin has been a dead issue for a long, long time! “ To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” 2 Cor 5:19 When Jesus died, He took away all of the sins of the world. He didn't just deal with the sin of those who believed in Him, He died for everyone. He “became sin” so that we would have the opportunity to “become the righteousness of God”. It isn't sin that keeps us from God, it's our unwillingness to submit to His authority. When we submit to God, He sends the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and immediately give us eternal life. Only those who submit to God and accept the salvation that He offers will receive eternal life. What do those who don't submit get? Hell. "It is finished” (John 19:30) |

If you're recommending it, it's worth a look!
Wow! Thanks Smith. I didn't know I had that kind of status ![]()
You don't( hehehehe)....Your posts are even-keel, so it was worth a look. Seriously, I took a look at it and it appears to be pretty good stuff. If at first you feel uncomfortable with someone's doctrine because there is no pressure, it's worthing looking deeper into.
