It must have been changed. Fox had it up on their main page this morning. Here is what I found from another news source:


Koran-burning Florida preacher Terry Jones say he wants to be the next president of the United States.
Jones, a Gainesville pastor, drew global protests for his plans to burn piles of Muslim holy books in 2010 on the eve of the 9/11 anniversary. But he gave into pressure from elected leaders and military officials that year who said the act would put U.S. forces serving in Muslim countries at further risk.

However, he made good on his threat in April of this year when he burned one Koran. That sparked a riot in Afghanistan that killed 10 members of the United Nations.

Jones told ABC News this week that he has begun raising campaign funds for his presidential run, but he did not say how much.

He also said that he would probably run as an independent.

In a statement, Jones laid out seven policy points:

•Stop overspending immediately
•Balance the budget
•Reduce military spending
•Deport all illegal immigrants
•Save $400 billion a year
•Reduce corporate taxes
•Reduce the federal bureaucracy
