[/quote] Yes, thank you, I do know. Not sure when I actually learned about it, (definitely not all my years at BJU) but the first RCIA class I took this fall taught it. The priest asked me if my church recited any creeds. I said, "no." But then as I got to thinking about it I remembered one place that I did recite a creed every day. The next week I mentioned it and the fact that it started out with "the Bible." He was visibly alarmed, but was still very gracious. I've been pondering that creed quite a lot lately. I'll take the Apostle's Creed any day over the other one. I almost have it memorized now. |
