RE: RIP Steve Jobs
Sad that he died so young. His headstone should read:

Geeks Rule!

Flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.

RE: RIP Steve Jobs
Wanna see some ridiculous stupidity? The Phelps are tweeting that they are going to protest the Jobs funeral, and tweeting about it on an iPhone:

(you have to click the tweets to see what client she tweeted from (in case you aren't familiar with how twitter works).

RE: RIP Steve Jobs
Steve Jobs had tons of quotes. Here is one of the best.
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

Wow, that's just plain ignorant! And here I was annoyed that so many people were changing their profile pic to the 'think different' Apple ad. I think my irritation has now been redirected.

boymom: What in the thelogical region of eternal punishment is a daddy-daughter ball?

amyrose5:No one is in charge around here. Except maybe the rabbit. He thinks he is. But we do keep him in a cage, so that limits his real control.

I remember crap like that. Like when Michael Jackson died and a song came on in a store when I was with my friend and his parents. And I heard one of the parents say, "I hope he's enjoying his fame in hell." I mean what kind of sicko do you have to be to say something like that. To be fair, it probably wasn't their idea. I'm sure I was just sleeping during that sermon.

But anyway, I definitely had a great respect for Steve Jobs. He was arguably the greatest inventor and businessman in the world. He will be remembered for a long time.

"I wanted to make a ding in the universe!" Steve Jobs.

Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and May perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace.

O Beauty ever ancient, O Beauty ever new;
you, the mirror of my life renewed,
let me find my life in you.~St. Augustine

RE: RIP Steve Jobs
100 years from now, people will still remember Steve Jobs, few people will remember the "great" fundie leaders of our time.
