Hephzibah House Featured on CNN tonight (Thurs Sept 1)
The series, “Ungodly Discipline” continues tonight (Thursday, Sept 1) on CNN on Anderson Cooper’s 360 program. Gary Tuchman, a CNN correspondent, addresses Hephzibah House in a two-part look at this monument to IFB abuse and gnostic heresy. Several of the survivors of Hephzibah House have been interviewed, and Don Williams (son of Ron and Patti Williams) has been interviewed. Part One airs tonight, Thursday Sept 1, on AC360º at 8pm ET and 10pET.

RE: Hephzibah House Featured on CNN tonight (Thurs Sept 1)
A family in our church sent their oldest daughter to Hephzibah House for a while a few years back. I assume it the same place (could there be more than one?). I might have to set my dvr for this one.

There is another Hephzibah house, but it's a guest house, I'm pretty sure their daughter must have been sent to the same Hephzibah House on the show.

RE: Hephzibah House Featured on CNN tonight (Thurs Sept 1)
I am sickened by Donald Williams' sermon that was played on the episode. Williams blames the girls for being whistled at. It must be the way they are walking, etc. He wants them to consider how they might have defrauded these men.
Williams is sick. The Bible states that lust is a problem of the heart. If a man whistles at a young girl, that man alone is the sinner. He alone is responsible for the lust that is in his heart. But Williams blames the girls instead. It is easy to connect the dots when hearing sermons like Williams. The view that the girls are guilty for being whistled at, molested, or raped pervades the IFB notwork. No wonder Phelps and Olson needed to remove Tina Anderson from her school, home and church. She is the guilty party. Phelps and Olson should be completely embarrassed by their actions toward Tina. Where is the outrage among fundamentalists? Why aren't these men being asked to apologize to Tina? Finally, the governor of Indiana also makes me sick. There is no justice for these young girls who were abused at HH. Everyone is looking the other way. It is time to speak up! |

A forced vaginal exam IN A FRICKEN CLOSET by some unknown man...This is so demented!!! I am thankful that some light is being shown on this horrible situation. Ron Williams' customer base needs to dry up and the State of Indiana needs to step in and shut down such abuse factories. Thank God for Anderson Cooper and CNN's willingness to report on this. |

I was deep in the arms of Morpheus when this aired last night.

I haven't seen this installment of news, but I've heard about it. I had a hard enough time with the fallout from 20/20, not sure I can watch this. I hope this expose furthers the cause to bring justice for those who were wronged.
