RE: Bobbed Hair
I know nothing gets me hotter than bobbed hair on a woman. Sometimes I even sneak a peek on the internet for bobbed hair pics. I keep a few under my pillow. I know I shouldn't. I think I must be addicted.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us. |

RE: Bobbed Hair
I don't get it. Super long hair on ladies (as in all the way down the back)--not my thing I guess. Shoulder length. Nice. Bobbed (is that expression from the 50s?) Nice. 2 inches long? Can be very nice! However, in the end, it is just hair.
I'm really confused about the hair for guys. Now, I heard that the rule is short and neat. But Jesus had long hair. Didn't Samson have all sorts of trouble when he cut his? What about crew cuts? I shaved mine almost bald this summer. Is that bad? Which is more rebellious--shaved with a 00 guard down to 1/16th of an inch, or long enough to hit my collar. I just want to know so I can do that one. |

RE: Bobbed Hair
And why are beards bad? I'm looking at a painting of Christ (granted, it is how the artist thought he looked) in a beard. Looks cool. I've tried to grow one. I go about three weeks of no shaving and then it drives me nuts. I do like to go a week of no shaving at a time though. One lady at church (pretty conservative fundamental type) asked if I was "GROWING A BEARD?" I said naaaw, I didn't think so. I just don't like to shave. Wow. She wasn't totally sure how to respond

RE: Bobbed Hair
I've gone with a bobbed style more or less since 2009. Currently I have a Dianna Agron-inspired bob. I know a lot of guys dig girls with longer hair, but whatever. I lose about 1-2 years in age with every inch that it grows. That may sound like a nice way to de-age, but it's not really that great when you just end up getting a bunch of young college guys trying to go after you. Plus at work or at networking events I prefer to come off as someone who has work experience, not some kid right out of college.

RE: Bobbed Hair
I think the rule among hockey players and hard core fans is "you don't shave from February 1 until the conclusion of the playoffs of the team you follow closest." That would be 2 months for me with my following of D1 college hockey. It is called a playoff beard.
