Ok,
Are there any other Lovecraftians on SFL? If not I have to convert all of you to the way of truth.  Lovecraft was a master storyteller, blending sci-fi with horror and helping create the genre known as "weird fiction. " My favorite works are: The Thing on the Doorstep, At the Mountains of Madness, and The Color of Space. |

I have to admit, I'm more of a Poe nerd myself. We all have our own inner angry natives and our minds invent a million ways to avoid confronting them directly. But if you just look them in the eye and ask them why they're chasing you with spears you just might learn something about yourself. |

I haven't read it but I have friends who have. They see Cthulhu everywhere.
