What Does Your Church Pay Your Pastor?

I have a great and wonderful pastor. I don't recall his exact salary, but I think it's too low; he often does without things, but he never complains or demands that we must take care of our "man of God", as I've heard references here.

Example: six years ago, his A/C went out in the summer - aside from one brief remark, no one complained. We were glad when we were able to get it fixed.
