They had a military tribute (excellent) at the Cubs @ Nats baseball game yesterday. It was horribly marred by "Proud to be an American".

BTW, there used to be an anime version of Metallica's "Don't Tread on Me" on youtube. I haven't been able to find it in years. I thought it was the best video ever paired with that song. I think there's 2 or 3 on youtube now, and none of them are as good.

Also shortly after 9/11 a bunch of old rock stars made an album called "Voices of America" (made others by "Voices of Classic Rock"), that did a version of the Battle Hymn of the Republic that was just incredibly wonderful. I can't find it anywhere either.
