A. Use a Swiss bank account and use part of the $$ to buy a new identity so you don't have to give it back.

Good place for vacation w/o extradition treaty: Arizona, they don't have any law enforcement maniacs there. You don't even have to carry any kind of ID to prove you are a citizen.

Good recipe for F. Cactus: eat it whole/raw. Down the hatch.
