I don't have $$ to buy a textbook about every random thing that I look up. I also live in a VERY RURAL and POOR area, so ILL loans aren't free or cheap like other library systems. I have to pay for the entire shipping cost, so it's like I have to buy the thing and then I only get to keep it for a couple weeks.

We're not claiming it's infallible or that it doesn't have flaws, so there's no need to be insulting.

People seem to think that random people writing about random subjects somehow constitutes being "fairly reliable". It doesn't. Don't you think it's insulting to people who do actually know about whatever the subject is to have someone who knows nothing be able to edit the article and put in inaccurate information?
