Favourite Wine

RE: Favourite Wine
Of course, I cannot always afford the good stuff, so I make my own, which, suprisingly, turns out to be at least better than the mediocre ones in retail. Currently I have a Sangiovese in the second day of its fermentation. I still have about 10 or so bottles from the previous batch of red wine I made - a Barolo. And a number of Suave (Italian white) as well.

BTW, this is a great way to tile fundies, as an ex-fundy - become a homebrewer!

It's all damned nonsense, but more than that, it is nonsense that can damn! - Fr Brown.
