Cancelled Shows

I was super bummed that V was cancelled. It really left on a nice cliff hanger and introduced an old character from the '88 series.

Oh and goodbye Supernanny? Really?

RE: Cancelled Shows
Ya, it lasted two seasons. It left on a nice cliffhanger and I really thought the writers were getting it right. This stinks. That is why I hate to start watching a TV show since I watch so few.

RE: Cancelled Shows
It's a sad commentary on the state of our society when interesting shows that make you think...like Caprica and Stargate:Universe get cancelled, but Jersey Shore is so popular we are actually exporting it to other countries... [Image: facepalm.gif]

RE: Cancelled Shows
I can't believe there's no more Heroes, Jericho, and Firefly. Why do all the good shows get cancelled and stupid ones stay? Tongue

If it helps at all, I still mourn the loss of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

RE: Cancelled Shows
The biggest cancellation that bums me out is Stargate: Universe. I really liked that show (and hated the way SciFi ended it).

Not too distraught over V. I watched the first four episodes then they decided to put it on a hiatus for a couple months. Didn't care about it when it came back on. I wish networks would get over their "divide seasons into two giant chunks" phases. Lost and BSG were notorious for that.

The fact that the Sun is maize and the sky is blue is neither in our control, nor is something we fraudulently contrived. It just shows that God has excellent taste in colors.

RE: Cancelled Shows
V did get its act together this season and left on a good cliff hanger. I am just pissed they couldnt get it together for one more season. That is all it would have taken.
