RE: Homosexual Marriage
Technically greg, 'the lifestyle' is already legal. It's not like marriage will make gay people pop up everywhere. BTW, the term 'the lifestyle' doesn't have the connotation you think it does outside of fundyland. It's a term used by swingers who are usually heterosexual.

It's like people think that by banning gay marriage, people will suddenly stop having gay sex. Hate to tell them, but ...

As to "the gay lifestyle," I have some lesbian friends. Their lifestyle mostly consists of getting up, cooking breakfast for their kids, sending said kids off to school, going to work, doing their respective jobs, picking kids up from work, enjoying a family dinner, going to bed.

Huh. Turns out my husband and I are living a gay lifestyle. Who knew? Woot!

Greg, Don't mistake SFL for a Christian forum.

I wasn't under the impression that was in any way a problem for dear greg. Tongue

Awww, poor widdle Gweggy-poo. Are all those mean ol' libewals picking on you? [Image: tears.gif]
The dripping sound you hear is my heart bleeding for you.
Who gets married and where and why is the business of just those two people and I'm glad Obama has got enough guts and common sense to not only recognize this but actually state it out loud. Gay marriage is no different from straight marriage, both feature two people who care about each other and want to spend their lives together. I'm looking forward to when WI finally catches a clue, I have a really cool set of coffee mugs all picked out for my friend's wedding gift.

Some people get cool hallucinations that tell them to kill people. Mine just try to get me into trouble.

Why don't we just go the whole way and celebrate boymanlove too? Since its nobody's business except the two people, wouldn;t that mean that its ok for a man to marry a 10 year old boy?

Consent. You understand it. Two adults can consent. Children cannot. Animals cannot.
