Celebrity Apprentice
I've watched this season cause I like Adam Carolla, George Takei, and Penn Jillette a lot. I'd always thought Lisa Lampenelli was a horrible human being and as a comedienne one of the unfunniest people I've ever seen (at least from her performances on various Roasts). That was been completely confirmed on Celebrity Apprentice and I could not be happier to have seen her finally fired.

RE: Celebrity Apprentice
We actually cheered when Lisa was fired. She may be the most objectionable human being I have seen on television that is not fictional.

This has been the worst season. The three you listed were very capable and behaved decently and should have been in the final four. Instead the petty, whining, manipulative babies and Arsenio Hall somehow slid to the top.

We have not enjoyed watching it this year.

Aw man, the one day I don't watch! So glad she got fired. Is Arsenio still in it? He's the one I want to win!

Arsenio, Clay and the vile Aubrey remain. One more will presumably be fired to open the next episode, then we'll see the task for the final two.

Arsenio is the only one I can stand at this point. Clay lost my respect when he spent two weeks being Lisa's sidekick and helping her tear apart Dayana then Teresa.

And Aubrey...someone at TWOP refers to her as "Aubrey o'ME" which seems an apt moniker. You missed her telling Marlee Matlin that she has done charity work with the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela and Fidel Castro. We assumed she thought Castro was someone else when she made that up.

RE: Celebrity Apprentice
HA ha ha! I already record 2 shows at that time on Sunday nights, so if I don't watch it from another tv, I just miss it.

I haven't enjoyed The Apprentice since the first season, but I got hooked this season.

Clay and Arsenio were my favorites, but I agree with what you said... he lost some respect when he went after Dayana. I missed the part where he went after Teresa.

RE: Celebrity Apprentice
Anyone hear the Penn Jillette song about Clay Aiken? I was kind of hoping Paul Tuetel would win it for a while, but he was very quiet and I didn't think he had a chance.

I'll never understand how week after week Lisa would lose competitions with her ideas, blow her horn loud & proud about how needed and important she was and just like in real life when people laugh at her jokes that aren't funny people would just go along that Lisa was extremely valuable team member/leader.

My understanding from the preview of next week is they start with still in the board room & cut 1 more. I'm terrified it will be Arsenio, and I'll be stuck watching idiot Clay against wretch Aubrey.

And ha ha on the Castro thing! I missed that too. Completely unsurprising from Aubrey.

RE: Celebrity Apprentice
I watched a few. Penn was thrown under the bus - his tag line was just one of many, and everybody voted on it. Penn is also one of the smartest people ever to be on that show.

Lisa Lampenelli is a miserable, joyless human being. And that's just her stage act. In real life, she's much worse.

The Ark was built by a lone amateur, and the Titanic was built by an impressive group of professionals.

It wasn't a bad slogan, anyway. Much better than the other team. And the print ad actually used for the Trump cologne has no tag line but does have a guy in a suit and a former Miss Universe--very similar to their losing concept.

Penn got it right in his cab ride comments: the whole thing is arbitrary and the rules are made up as Trump and the producers see fit. The very next week, a PM was fired and the people responsible for everything the execs didn't like didn't have to answer for their ideas at all.
