Bean...I might have to try that. I'd rather make them from scratch. I use manwich because it involves no thinking. lol

LOL! I've never heard of manwich before, I'm not sure you can buy it here
Vegemite isn't so bad. You just have to realise it's not peanut butter. You put a very THIN layer of it on because it has a strong taste. It's very nice on toast
