RE: Fast Food Burgers
Best burgers I've ever had were at a small place in Huntington Beach, CA called TC Burgers. Right on the beach. Maybe it was the view and the weather, but yum!
For national chain fare, I would go with Red Robin. Flying a plane is no different than riding a bicycle, just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes. |

Red Robin (not fast food)
In-N-Out Culvers Steak N Shake Carl's Jr but the best burgers are usually found at local joints If a man-o-god delivers a toe-stomping sermon and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? |

RE: Fast Food Burgers
Five Guys for Me too! Their Cajun fries are killer.
However, when we make them at home, we make PIMENTO cheeseburgers. YUM! |

Not fast food, but if you are ever in Minneapolis/St Paul, you must try a "juicy lucy" burger at the 5-8 Club:

We've made them at home a few times sing. OMG...heaven in a cheeseburger! The way it always was, is no longer good enough. You make me want to be brave. - Nichole Nordeman |

I've made them at home, too. Not quite as good as at the 5-8, though. Good fries and onion rings, too. But on our second visit last summer, we had learned that we need only one order of those to share as the burgers are so filling. |

RE: Fast Food Burgers
Burgers are Eating crap!? No, sliders are what you eat when you want to eat crap, and when you want to crap - cause their called sliders for a reason...just sayin.
Next tier up: The Burger King Whopper is still one of the best for me. Like the fries too. The Big Mac is a staple in my diet Tier 3: Five guys is ok, it is what it is, but I'm not always in the mood. I go with a double with bacon and shrooms and skip the fries - eat a pile of peanuts though. Sonic is always a good option - tots instead of fries of course, and maybe a blue coconut cream slush to wash it down The Culver's Butter Burger is an off and on - it can be good Love a more high end burger myself - the thick 1/3 lb with cajun seasoning and crumbled blue cheese - bacon if I'm feeling healthy. Nobody really does this well fast food, but lots of places do a decent burger if you don't need it to come through a window into your car. Usually bars or local places do better than a chain. Nothing quite like a good hand packed burger with bacon and bleu in a high quality bun. Simple and divine "Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side" |
