Yes, they do, which is absurd since the vast majority of elective abortions in the states occur in the first trimester, and most of those are medical abortions, which occur much like a miscarriage. There is very little to see.

ETA: If they wanted to be respectful of the babies, they'd not display their dead bodies all over the place they way they do. They'd understand how much pain that can cause mothers who have lost babies, and they'd understand the potential trauma they are causing. But they are more interested in shock value and spreading messages of hate. And by "they" I mean the idiots who use such images in their hate tactics. Not pro-life people in general.

Sounds like pandering and lies to me...he realized he didn't have a chance if he didn't believe abortion was wrong and he really wants to win so he's gonna pretend to be against abortion long enough to win an election.

He was governor of Massachusetts. There's a difference between saying he's not going to make an issue of abortion as a governor, and a personal pro-life stance.
