Are made for beers, food, and good friends. Track practice done..check. drinks with my friends...check...steak about to go on grill...check. life is awesome!!!!
After the day that was .....much needed. Shoulder is in major knot. Wayyyy too much stress. The edge is officially off!

Ah...sometimes that's where we wind up fridays too. DW is a kindergarten teacher and shes usually ready for a long nap by 5 on a Friday.
I'm usually ready for happy hour. Today we went together it was fun!!!

3 year old finally calmed down in bed. She was rather obstreperous this evening. 1st PBR down the hatch... quiet evening with my wife ahead.
