As a fundy I am just so righteously angry right now that I want to call you all kinds of bad words that I'm not allowed to say. So I'll have to be creative... You're an idiot!... you have the brains of a flea! ... you're retarded (ok, that's pushing it, but I believe it's a Gipp favorite)...
We could make a whole book of actual quotes and add funny illustrations. Even better, animated cartoons in SNL's "fun with real audio" style.

My fundy pastor used to say "that's retarded" all the time, but then something happened (I assume some people at the church got mad about him saying that) and now he says "That's that word I'm not allowed to say anymore".

Wow, you can tell he really gets that it's wrong and hurtful to use a word that used to describe people with Downs syndrome as an insult.

So if "God looks on the heart," and "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he," doesn't God look on these G-rated insults as being equal to the "F-bomb" and its friends?
