And he obviously does not care at all about protecting sexual assault victims. It makes perfect sense (in an insane and evil sort of way) why zero sexual assaults get reported to the police by BJU.

Uh no. It was the POLICE who came in and 'stirred things up because a child was RAPED.
Why can't they accept that?

How could anyone possibly know Tina's motivation? And why ascribe so much power and influence to Jocelyn Z?
Sure, Tina had made an apparantly good life for herself, but that doesn't mean that inside she didn't agonize over what happened to her, that she didn't long for justice, that she didn't wish that someday people would hear her side of it: that she wasn't a lolita tempting middle-aged fathers into sin but that she had been victimized.
Just because she wasn't wallowing in obvious misery means that when she does decide to come forward that it's discounted? She is supposed to have lived in torment and anger for 15 years in order to make her accusation valid? Bah. I refuse to accept that thinking.
