I grew up in a Northern Baptist Church that was simultaneously Fundamentalist and Calvinist and the pastor never yelled. I was homeschooled, in my teen years I wore a home-made bathing suit (lol!), and I read books about dispensationalism for fun. Went to a small Fundy U where I found my wonderful husband. We are no longer fundies and seriously reevaluating all that we were taught to mindlessly believe was true. |
