Phil Kidd: Angry, Racist Moron

So…Phil Kidd is still around. And he’s still doing stuff like this. And fundamentalistist churches of the angry, racist, moron persuasion are still having him in to speak.

    1. Ok, first of all obviously who ever made this edited it you can totally tell so instead of leaving nasty comments let him visit your church and preach because he is the best preacher i have ever met you people probably never had him preach at your church but still leave nasty comments! why how rude also he lead more people to Christ then you can think of by preaching. Are these people jealous of Phill Kidd? because he is famous

      1. Maybe Philly the Kidd Kardashian made up the picture. It was on his old website back in the day, when he was selling magic coffee beans. Hard to believe anyone is dumb enough to follow this hireling.
        Love the entertainment though.

        1. Dr Phil preaches the word. Enough said!! Stepping on toes, truth hurts, guess you are a liberal. I’ll pray for you though. Hope you come to know the true and Living God!!

      2. 1. Let him visit your church and preach: no
        2. He is the best preacher I have ever met: I’m truly sorry about that
        3. You people have probably never heard him preach: thank God. From his Twitter feed and Facebook I know enough to know I’d never want to.
        4. He’s led more people to Christ than you can think of: I can think of very big numbers. Easily.
        5. Are you jealous of Phil Kidd? Why would I be jealous of somebody who seems like an angry, judgmental, racist person?
        6. He is famous: not nearly so famous as you might think. I grew up IFB and had literally never heard of him until a few months ago.

      3. Poe.

Here is what this Poe wrote under a different moniker:

        “Preach it straight
        MAY 18, 2012 AT 10:30 AM

        REPLY”

      4. You do realize that the whole point of Christianity is to be humble, serve the lord and “let him have the glory” right? At least that was what I was forced to learn for the first half of my life. Phil Kidd seems to focus on himself a lot and his fighting skills.

      5. Whatever lady! I had to hear him preach growing up in my church in Cleveland, Oh. (Wonderful church by the way) our preacher (one of the kindest most Christ-like men ever couldn’t stand Kidd. He was just too nice to say it. I’ve heard a lot of nasty people preach, but he was the worst

      6. I love Phil Kidd!!! God Almighty is with him. I am a black woman and I’m not offended by him at all, he speaks truth and to understand his type of preaching you must be in a true relationship with our Lord and saver Jesus Christ. Keep knocking them out Phil!!

      1. Aha! See, now you’re getting a taste of your own medicine, Doctor! The butt cushion you bequeathed me never arrived, by the way.

Then again, maybe you weren’t griping about being second, but giving your opinion of Phil Kidd. That makes perfect sense– unlike Phil Kidd.

      2. You are nuts for attacking a true man of God!! Hope you don’t leave this earth before getting saved!! Truly saved!! Obviously that is your problem!!

        1. He’s not a real preacher… a lying, self absorbed, braggadocios blowhard, consumed with his own self importance in his god’s grand scheme of church growth… maybe but not even close to being a good preacher much less a great one.

He loves to brag about having threats against his person so that he has to have secret bodyguards come to some of his meetings… but when presented with a habeas corpus he has had to admit he was “not exactly telling the whole truth from the pulpit.” He loves to call out people and things that he says harm “the cause of Christ™®©” but fails to include his so called ministry among the things that actually do cause damage to Christianity.

      1. I just listened to this. Unbelievable. He is pandering to the basest emotions in his audience and encouraging it. This is inciting to hatred. He is appalling, disgusting.

        1. I’ll pray for your salvation. I hope you get saved before its to late. Hell is real!!

    1. It’s hard to do better than “angry, racist moron” for summing this up.

Phil Kidd: Shock Jock of the IFB.
Was this from one of his brilliant stand-up “comedy” videos he hawks on his web site?

    2. This guy cannot be called a preacher in any respect. Maybe a foul-mouthed, unloving, wanna-be comedian. Anything but a man of God. Any pastor that has this guy in to influence a church ought to be ashamed of himself. What a moron and poor example of preaching.

      1. He is a preacher and he is a really good one these are just lies so quit believing it this is trash waiting to happen..so stop you should know the truth before you say something so let me give you some advice for the future DON’T BELIEVE LIES AND DON’T COMMENT THINGS UNLESS YOU KNOW IYS THE TRUTH!

        1. Having put up with Phils crap in this area of NC for many. many years I can say with authority that Phil is a preachertainer and a loudmouth, bully in the pulpit. He has no more concept of the Gospel of Christ than a spoon conceives the taste of food.
He preaches a man centered, decisional regeneration that is directly based on how people respond to his manipulative emotional and spiritual bullying. So pleas don’t come around here singing the praises of Phil Kidd. We know who and what he is.

        2. My comments on Phil Kidd are based entirely on words that come out of his own mouth and on things he has published on his own web site. So if somebody’s telling terrible lies about Phil Kidd, it’s Phil Kidd who’s doing it.

        3. Sorry… men of God are humble… they DO not brag, they DO NOT sound like noisy cymbals or clangy bells! They do NOT worry about their hair, their suit getting messed or drive around in 100,000 Jags! The TRUE man of God is HUMBLE, thinking NOT of himself, but rather others FIRST & FOREMOST. I’ve listened to his sermons – and they do more damage to the community of Christ. Preaching is supposed to build up the body – “not rip it a new one”… and what I heard FAILED miserably in building up the body of Christ!

      2. Hope “Pastor” your leading your flock in the right direction. I truly will pray for them.

  1. I feel honored to be first but unfortunately I listened to that nut job afterward and now it’s not as cool. BTW was he preaching while sitting on the toilet? The heavy breathing was creeping me out

    1. Most IFB preachers breath heavily while preaching. It is because:

      (1) Most of them are grossly obese and
      (2) Many of them find “preaching” to be a form of sexual gratification.

  2. Let’s spread a little hatred in the name of Jesus. It’s okay for Phil to hate Muslims.

And his confederate flag gloves show how he feels about African Americans I guess. Seems that says he wants to beat them with his fists.

    1. Always assuming that he sees any difference between Muslims and African Americans. I know plenty of IFBs that don’t.

    2. Hate to take up for this idiot, but the display of the confederate flag does not automatically indicate racial prejudice.

(but with Phil Kidd who knows?)

      1. Hate to take up for this idiot, but the display of the confederate flag does not automatically indicate racial prejudice.

Okay. Maybe not. But it indicates acceptance of (and probably pride in) a system that believed people could be owned and abused. Among other things. It indicates the acceptance of a class system where some by virtue of birth and wealth are better than others and demonstrate it conspicuously. Confederate preachers preached fiery sermons on how slavery was God’s will. Many of them concluded that black people did not have a soul.

I know, I know. “Heritage, not hate” is the mantra, right? What heritage? What heritage did the slaves have? What heritage did the scrub farmers have? What heritage did the white slaves have? (And yes, there were many of them, too!) The Heritage was only for the Rich and Powerful. It was elegant, graceful, and built on the blood and tears of those they used for their glory.

So ultimately I have to agree with you. The presence of the confederate flag is not necessarily a symbol of racism. It is, however, a symbol of rebellion, of defiance, of the willingness to use and abuse and enslave others, to accept that the suffering of others is necessary for your greatness and power. THAT is the Heritage part.

        1. Actually the Flag in question is a variant of the Scottish Flag, which is also included in the British flag. Any modern day loser can use that flag for whatever they want to use it for. The fact of the matter is that “spin” has clouded the minds of both pro and con Confederate flag commenters. Slavery in new territories was a matter of States Rights, and Northern States were full of slaves in 1861. The tension between North and South in 1860 was not only political issues dealing with States rights, but also redistribution of Southern money to Northern states. Those who yell racism every time they here the word Confederate are simply uneducated. China is a slave state. Why don’t the Union do something about that? Africa, Iran, Saudi Arabia, all have more slaves than the South ever had. Where is the outcry? Where is the labels and stereotypes? communism and Socialism have killed untold millions. Murder! Outright genocide! Where is the stern rhetoric. Your an uneducated puppet. The Civil war was about money and power distribution and slaves were not even a 2nd issue.

        2. I used to think this as well, Michael. Perhaps you haven’t read Confederate Vice President Alexander H. Stephens’ “Cornerstone” speech. Stephens elaborates various reasons for the establishment Confederate States such as tariffs, state’s rights, and the like. But he also says (forgive the length of this–there is more to the speech but this is the pertinent part. I link to the entire speech at the end, if you wish to read further):

“But not to be tedious in enumerating the numerous changes for the better, allow me to allude to one other though last, not least. The new constitution has put at rest, forever, all the agitating questions relating to our peculiar institution African slavery as it exists amongst us the proper status of the negro in our form of civilization. This was the immediate cause of the late rupture and present revolution. Jefferson in his forecast, had anticipated this, as the “rock upon which the old Union would split.” He was right. What was conjecture with him, is now a realized fact. But whether he fully comprehended the great truth upon which that rock stood and stands, may be doubted. The prevailing ideas entertained by him and most of the leading statesmen at the time of the formation of the old constitution, were that the enslavement of the African was in violation of the laws of nature; that it was wrong in principle, socially, morally, and politically. It was an evil they knew not well how to deal with, but the general opinion of the men of that day was that, somehow or other in the order of Providence, the institution would be evanescent and pass away. This idea, though not incorporated in the constitution, was the prevailing idea at that time. The constitution, it is true, secured every essential guarantee to the institution while it should last, and hence no argument can be justly urged against the constitutional guarantees thus secured, because of the common sentiment of the day. Those ideas, however, were fundamentally wrong. They rested upon the assumption of the equality of races. This was an error. It was a sandy foundation, and the government built upon it fell when the “storm came and the wind blew.”

Our new government is founded upon exactly the opposite idea; its foundations are laid, its corner- stone rests, upon the great truth that the negro is not equal to the white man; that slavery subordination to the superior race is his natural and normal condition. This, our new government, is the first, in the history of the world, based upon this great physical, philosophical, and moral truth. This truth has been slow in the process of its development, like all other truths in the various departments of science. It has been so even amongst us. Many who hear me, perhaps, can recollect well, that this truth was not generally admitted, even within their day. The errors of the past generation still clung to many as late as twenty years ago. Those at the North, who still cling to these errors, with a zeal above knowledge, we justly denominate fanatics. All fanaticism springs from an aberration of the mind from a defect in reasoning. It is a species of insanity. One of the most striking characteristics of insanity, in many instances, is forming correct conclusions from fancied or erroneous premises; so with the anti-slavery fanatics. Their conclusions are right if their premises were. They assume that the negro is equal, and hence conclude that he is entitled to equal privileges and rights with the white man. If their premises were correct, their conclusions would be logical and just but their premise being wrong, their whole argument fails. I recollect once of having heard a gentleman from one of the northern States, of great power and ability, announce in the House of Representatives, with imposing effect, that we of the South would be compelled, ultimately, to yield upon this subject of slavery, that it was as impossible to war successfully against a principle in politics, as it was in physics or mechanics. That the principle would ultimately prevail. That we, in maintaining slavery as it exists with us, were warring against a principle, a principle founded in nature, the principle of the equality of men. The reply I made to him was, that upon his own grounds, we should, ultimately, succeed, and that he and his associates, in this crusade against our institutions, would ultimately fail. The truth announced, that it was as impossible to war successfully against a principle in politics as it was in physics and mechanics, I admitted; but told him that it was he, and those acting with him, who were warring against a principle. They were attempting to make things equal which the Creator had made unequal.

In the conflict thus far, success has been on our side, complete throughout the length and breadth of the Confederate States. It is upon this, as I have stated, our social fabric is firmly planted; and I cannot permit myself to doubt the ultimate success of a full recognition of this principle throughout the civilized and enlightened world.”

          http://teachingamericanhistory.org/library/document/cornerstone-speech/

And there’s more where that came from. The founders of the Confederacy do not agree with your assessment, Michael. Slavery was central to the Confederacy. Oh, and if you want an additional treat, read V. P. Stephens’ subsequent justification for the “Cornerstone” speech.

      2. I am the descendant of many confederate veterans, including two 2nd great uncles (twin brothers) who were killed in battle; my great-great grandfather; and others. My ancestors were slaveholders. So I have my confederate bona fides.

I am a child of Birmingham.

The confederate flag is now a symbol of white pride; of longing for the days when blacks knew their place.

        1. @ Up with down

That would be because the first thing that comes to mind when we’re talking about police officers who have been wounded in the line of duty is, “sissy panty waist?”

        1. I love this man and his passion for lost souls. You all need a dose of old time blood bought salvation!! That’s your problem.!! And what is so sad, you are deceived by Satan!!

    1. “… he and his wife have “doctorates.”

Yes, they like to wear Doctor Dentons with their Doc Martens.
That’s why he calls himself “Dr.” Phil Kidd.

    1. The term “Islamists” (as opposed to Muslims) is sometimes used to refer to people who subscribe to a militant, extremist, and ultraliteral form of Islam, so I guess a corresponding term for a person like Phil Kidd would be “Fundamentalistist.”

    1. Precisely. I don’t want anything to do with any god Phil Kidd represents.

      1. Then your headed to Hell!! He is doing his best to keep people out of hell. But you can’t fix Stupid I guess!!

        1. Funny stuff. Philly the Kidd can’t keep anyone from hell, only by the grace of God are we saved. No preeeeecher has anything to do with it. I can tell you are one of his most educated worshipers, or his wife. 🙂

      2. ThatotherJean I’m sorry to disappoint you but God is very angry… Obviously you do not read your holy bible kjv. If you would give up your only son. A son without sin, without blemish for the world that they may be saved from hell and yet they reject this gift, they mock it, spit on it, curse it, would you not be angry as well? And remember God is holy and slow to anger unlike our flesh which is filled with all sorts of evil and wickedness. So I leave you with this question Are you better than God ? Since you believe he is nit angry.

  3. I’m pretty sure there are more pedophiles in IFB churches than there are working in airport security.

    1. Phil Kidd is what, about 60?
So what makes him think pedophiles would have any interest in him?

      1. Because he would be insulted if they did not. And if a Man-O-gid is insulted in any way whatsoever–Persecution!

      2. Then your headed to Hell!! He is doing his best to keep people out of hell. But you can’t fix Stupid I guess!! Stupid!!!!

  4. Not sure who said this first but, “Ignorance can be educated. Crazy can be medicated… But there is no cure for stupid. “

    1. When you are ignorant and against education, insane and against medication, AND stupid, there is no hope for you.

  5. I guarantee, no one is going to be enjoying trying to look for his “fruit of the loon”! He bitches because he has to be scanned then bitches because he doesn’t know what is under the “pamper” on their heads? By the way, Muslims don’t wear turbins.

    1. He should be the one wearing the Pampers on his head because clearly he has excrement for brains!

  6. Well, a pedophile wouldn’t be interested in him because he’s not a child, and if he thinks he’s attractive to gay guys, well, he looks nothing like what I’ve seen my gay friends using as desktop wallpaper… then again, logic isn’t a strong suit for these people, is it?

  7. OMG…the hate that comes out of some people’s mouths. it really is astonishing.

  8. If ignorance is bliss, this is one happy idiot.
Most of my Muslim friends don’t wear anything on their heads very often, except maybe a ballcap at work.

    1. Some Muslim men wear caps on their heads, and many Muslim women wear head scarves, but neither is required by Islamic law.

        1. Is it possible that Heh! Heh! Hahahahaha! (gasp) Hahaha (excuse me) “DOCTOR” Kidd has some sort of medical/psychological condition that only allows him to be happy when he is simultaneously intensely angry?

  9. And you can smell me coming by the strong scent of hamburger and spent shotgun shells. Not really though, ‘cuz ‘Murica.

  10. Common folks this is Dr. Phil Kidd we are talking about here.
Did anyone really expect him to be any better than this? Did anyone really expect to hear the Love of Christ coming out of his pie-hole? I mean it’s the wanna-be “Duke Nukem” of the IFB world we are dealing with.

Yes, it’s sad and pathetic that his ranting passes for so-called preaching…
No, you don’t hear the Love of Christ in his provocative lectures.
No, I don’t have any respect for him, but yet.

In all his doing, he has missed being… and that, most of all, is to be pitied.

  11. Sickening.

“The venom of asps is under their lips” wasn’t written about the righteous! Phil Kidd demonstrates the paradox that is fundamentalism.

Fundamentalism thinks it produces the fruit of the Spirit. But it more precisely produces the works of the flesh. They just can’t see it in themselves.

Phil Kidd is no evangelist. With his attitude, he could not take the Good News of Christ’s love to anyone, much less his enemies. If he met a Muslim on the street, how could a man with such hatred in his heart show them God’s goodness and grace?

  12. “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” Luke 6:45

  13. Sure are a lot of pics on his website of him with his fists clenched in fighting stance. Jesus clenched his fists at people all the time.

In the Gospel of St. Steve.

    1. I guess you never heard of John the Baptist.
Jesus turned over the tables of the money changers and drove them out. Jesus said to be angry and sin not. There is alot more to say but you clearly cannot understand the things of God.

  14. Dr. who are you Kidding really needs to get out more. His rant that I was foolish enough to listen to brought back some memories. Poor guy would have had conniption fits during some of my experiences.
One of the times I was flying out of Bogota back to the US, I was frisked three times. I also went through two metal detectors. My other trips through I was not frisked, but always went through two detectors. I’m guessing ol’ Phil would have had something racist to say about that. They were Hispanics and I am very white, after all.
My family was roused out of our hammocks about 12 or 1 am with all the other passengers on a Brazilian boat equivalent of Greyhound on the Amazon once. Our possessions were searched, as were those of everyone else. No warrants. Happily, the drugs were found on the smugglers before we lost too much sleep.
Then there was the time my wife and I were boarding a 747 out of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Everyone except our party looked like every bad guy/terrorist you’ve ever seen in a movie. We got to laughing that that was probably the same thing the Sikhs were saying about the Americans getting on the same flight.

I have come to the conclusion that I feel very badly for narrow-minded bigots. They miss out on really cool friendships and adventures.

  15. People like Kidd will always be lurking about.

What really bothers me is the response of the crowd; the giggles, the amen’s and various and sundry other affirmations. Do these people really believe that what this guy “preaches” is somehow acceptable and regarded as gospel?

Perhaps many in the crowd are deceived, but sincere. Many may be cut from the same cloth as Kidd and, therefore, attracted to such a “ministry.”

Question: Did Jesus Christ conduct Himself in such a manner when dealing with pagans?

We cannot justify such caustic rhetoric and inflammatory pulpiteering.

    1. I wonder if sometimes the affirmation comes from a place of being star struck by the “celebrity” preacher

  16. Did he say that he doesn’t like be stripped to his PANTIES?? His panties?? Methinks Phil Kidd has deeper issues than we might have thought.

    1. Y’know, if Phil Kidd does wear women’s underwear, that’s probably the least objectionable thing I’ve ever heard about him, so I’m inclined to give him a pass on that issue.

  17. And he is literally only one step removed, if even that, from the inner circle of fundamentalism. John Hamblin and company are always loving on him on Twitter. This Fruit of the Loom-clad specimen of the lunatic fringe is now the fabric holding this movement together.

  18. He said he doesn’t like stripping down to his “panties.” -That was a mental picture I could have done without.

  19. So is this what the fundamentalist ‘lunatic fringe’ looks like? Of is this sort of thing ‘mainstream’ fundamentalism now? Either way I’m glad I got out when I did!

  20. He is in my area in a few weeks. Debating on going. My husband refuses to go, but I could go one night when he’s out late at BSF.

    1. By all means, GO! Gather up all the neighborhood children, especially the darker-skinned ones, and go enjoy an evening of God’s love. Maybe he’ll even wear his Rebel Flag Gloves and Tie matching set. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach the children what this whole Christianity thing is all about.

I will say, you better hope Dr. Phil “The Pantie Preacher” Kidd doesn’t fly to the upcoming meeting. You know how he gets when he’s forced to strip down to his unmentionables.

  21. I find the title “angry, racist, moron” to be too kind for this @&%.

This is not the only fundy pastor I have heard declare that the guards and TSA workers are pedophiles and perverts because they look at people’s bodies and pat people down. Are they that out of touch with reality? I doubt anyone gets turned on with the thought of seeing this preacher in the x-ray machine. Idiot.

  22. As much as I’ve read about this guy in SFL, I think this the first time I’ve actually heard him. That said, I’ve drawn two possible conclusions:
A): He really is an angry, racist moron; or
B): He’s just an average, run-of-the-mill fundie whose preaching style is to attempt to be “funny” for the sake of the shock value.

    Nah . . . I’ll go with the former.

    1. Thought experiment:
Which would be worse: Actually being a profoundly ignorant, racist, constantly enraged moron, or perpetually pretending to be a profoundly ignorant, racist, constantly enraged moron to get attention?

  23. Haven’t watched the video – I’m not going to touch this one with a 10 foot pole from my work connection. And from the comments, not really sure I want to watch it at all. Soooo – is this guy actually a preacher, or just some sort of IFB-connected wannabe comedian? I’m having a hard time imagining anything remotely related to a Christian message, even a fundy one, coming out of the offensiveness y’all are describing.

    1. Good call, Not Quite. This clip (as, indeed, any random quote from Phil Kidd) is the very definition of “Not Safe For Work” (unless you want everyone at work to think you’re a mean, racist, sexist idiot).

To answer your question, Mr. Kidd styles himself an evangelist. He also (on his web site) loves referring to himself as “Dr. Kidd” (based on his honorary doctorate from an unaccredited Bible college). You could be forgiven for failing to find a “Christian message” in his preaching, because there is none there to find.

  24. I was surprised that he used the term faggot from the pulpit. I was raised Southern Baptist, so I never heard the use of that word from the pastor, just a Sunday School teacher who was in the police academy.

Of course, I did hear of the assumed link between homosexuality and pedophilia from the pulpit.

    1. I was horrified and shocked when I heard that a Baptist church in the same town where my husband was a youth pastor was using words like that from the pulpit for high school chapel. They had a Christian school, and the pastor would use vile terminology to describe sin. I didn’t know much about Hyles circles at the time; I found out that the guy was a Hyles grad. It seemed ridiculous to me that parents were spending money to send their kids to a Christian school, ostensibly to shelter them from the world, but they were being belabored with terms like that from the pulpit two or three times a week.

    2. Notice too the response he gets when he used the term faggot. That’s just good preachin’. Amen?

      1. Also, he just assumes that the government employees who have the job of touching other people must be gay because they feel for weapons and contraband, and therefore must get off from it. Then uses derogatory language to describe the people involved in the hypothetical situation – Has he matured past the eighth grade?

    1. Faaaa-aa-aaa-aaantastic!

Now I know where I want to have the next Stuff Fundies Like readers’ meet-up. 😀

  25. Oh wow. I wasn’t sure why I kept listening, but I’m horrified that I heard all that. And I am wondering why he kept sounding out of breath. . .

  26. Also, too-long ties are strong with this one. Although I guess tip to the buckle gets dicey in sans-a-belt slacks.
So it’s perverts and pedophiles who commit gate-rape; how would he describe a man who is going to accompany other men to the bathroom to keep an eye on them?

    1. Darrelites are pussies. Common knowledge. Did you see his “Obama Year” crapola? LOL!

  27. Your right. Im a very conservative Baptist and Phil Kidd is a moron. At the very least, he does a lot of moronic things. But, so does everyone else here including me. Yall pray for me.

  28. I go to this church he preaches at and yes he yells but not to be angry not at all!!! He hells to make a point he is probly the kindest preacher in the world!! He makes perfect sence if u could see his face you could see him crying smileing and making a point trying to get people to the bright side traveling the world so people like you can have a chance to be happy like you should be as a cristain just liik up his website

    1. No, he cannot be the kindest preacher in the world. His racism is evident. And he can make a point without yelling.

The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:17-18.

Not to be unkind, but …. uh …. By the way, are you answering from your phone? The terrible grammar and spelling might (not really, but “might”) be excusable if you are. But they convey a certain, uh, educational deficiency. Or else you could be a troll. I don’t know. If this is truly representative of your way of talking and thinking, I would suggest you go to a community college and start getting some help. You might even be able to get a better job once you master better skills.

But I have found that, with certain exceptions, fundamentalism attracts the uneducated. Those who only want easy answers and don’t want to think about life’s complications gravitate to it.

    2. Based on your spelling and grammar, I would say that you are probably the smartest of any of his fans.

  29. 1. Hmmmm. Is “Nice Person” the same as “relly”? Maybe “rellyNicePerson”? Sounds the same. Probably a troll.

(fake Italian voicea) Okay! Whosa the wiseaguy?

It must take some effort to make this many spelling and grammar errors, and to be this conceptually inarticulate.

I have known some people who think like this. As a college professor, I have seen student papers almost as awful. Since people write like they think, this sort of thing makes me quake with terror at the mental destruction some people have suffered.

I don’t mean to sound snobbish and uppity. I like to teach because I like to help people become their best. I like people to be able to think clearly.

      1. They must be the same person. No two people would use grammar like that on the same blog…and overuse the exclamation point so dramatically. I call Troll.

  30. Half of you people trashing Bro Kidd like you are wouldn’t know a real “Man of God” if your life depended on it. Mainly because you are not Saved by the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you do listen to much of the intellectual preaching that goes on today, it’s generally a bunch of dead, watered down nonsense that appeals to the conscience of worldly men and women who don’t really want the truth from the Word of God. Many times delivered by a man, and now some women too, who will not call sin for what it is. Further, I’m not for a race of people, or a religion that cuts peoples heads off if they will not become muslims, and bombs and kills innocent women and children all in the name of their God. A religion of state sponsored terrorists who killed three thousand American citizens, and continues to butcher people all over the globe. Bro Kidd got it right.
